STORE POLICY

To be eligible to return an item it must be unused, brand new and returned in the original packaging. There will be no refund of money only exchange for another item or store credit. To be eligible for a return, email us at info@shoplafano.com. Item must be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery. Return package must be postmarked within 14 days of order delivery. Items such as earrings do not apply for our return policy due to sanitary guidelines.

Before ordering if you are unsure of an item, you may write to us to ask about sizes, colors and materials to avoid returns.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If an item arrives damaged, contact us immediately upon arrival at info@shoplafano.com. Title the subject of your e-mail “Damaged Items” followed by your order number. Please provide us with clear pictures of the damaged item(s) for review.
 

Original shipping costs will not be refunded and customer is responsible for shipping costs associated to return items. If you receive a store credit, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.

 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once the returned item is received, a store credit will be emailed to you.

Lafano Designs will accept cancellations for orders within the first 24 hours after an order is placed or before the order is processed for shipping. Lafano Designs will issue a full refund to the original payment method.
